This place is really good, and food very tasty, I definitely love this place, highly recommended, the service from all the staff is so friendly. The ambiance feels like I'm home.

When You Arrive outside vs The experience inside is Like Whoa' ... coming into your Family's Home For Lunch/Dinner party Feeling ... Liz was Smiling and Friendly... told us About the Menu options, was Hungry After a Failed Trip From North Town pic A Part, Salvage yard... went to Look For goods but didn't Find Anything so, Pollo Campero was on the way Home... and decided to check it out. Ordered a 4 piece with yuca Fries and rice with a dinner Roll... opted For 2 Grilled and 2 Fried Chicken combo! Got to try The Agua Fresca Fountain... Went For Hibiscus... So Refreshing and Tasty... waited For a Few Minutes and Food Arrived on Real plates and Silverware... Nice touch ... was expecting styrofoam and plastic ware... she gracefully Ask what sauces we Wanted to try... and we said What ever she recommended was great... she brought us All 3 different flavors... Campero sauce was delicious with the Crispy but moist in da center yuca Fries the Hot green sauce was great too! Service was Amazing... Thank you Again.... Didn't Have room For empenadas but Next time we took Home some chocolate chip cookies The grilled chicken Has sooo Much Flavor and The Fried chicken skin crunch and Texture was Awesome with a little bounce back... it was tooo Late to video it because I thought of it After I had Already Eaten it...lol Chicken was very juicy... pictures can't really show How good it is Here, you need to try it... For yourself! I Think juana was the Other Front of House staff... that Happily bussed out combo meal dishes After we were done eating,,, Thank you... some Warm and pleasant plz give Your Staff A Deserving $$$ Raise... And you Need A Tip jar In Front... So ppl can Reward Great service... will be Back For sure! ALoHA! Yuca Fries im telling you All go get sum... The Horchata was a Winner tooo!

The food is GREAT and service from Liz, Lizette & Mirna, Leticia were vary attentive and professional. Definitely worthy of a drive from Boulder City.

If you like fried chicken, you will LOVE Pollo Campero! The fried chicken is full of explosive flavors that make your mouth celebrate! I ordered the 8 pcs family meal with two sides (plantains and yucca fries) and bread. My family was so happy to try this Central American restaurant! If I had five thumbs, I would give it a five thumbs up!!!

Been craving chicken from here, inside was clean, bathroom was clean and stocked with all toiletries. Cashier cleaned and swept after each table left. It was well maintained, only thing that threw every person dinning in off was where to place the dirty dishes and garbage. There wasn't any trash bin to place your things after eating. Guess you just leave it at the table and a worker will buss it when you leave. Customer service was great especially you can tell the cashier was in training. Placed our order all items were freshly prepared and brought to our table on actual plates. I had asked for grilled chicken but ended up getting fried chicken instead. Sandwiches spicy and original with pickles they were delicious. The fries were freshly made nice crisp to each fry and paired with their camper sauce just fantastic. Empanadas weren't that great this time maybe the recipe changed slightly. You can get 2 for $5 or trio meal 3 empanadas and 1 side (we chose fries) that seems to be a better deal. They were out of salads, their salads are great too. The Mango drink is our favorite very refreshing. This visit was better than my last. It's been awhile since we have been here. I wished there was more locations.

Pollo Campero is a very casual fast-food-ish but nicer type of restaurant that offers delicious marinated chicken in a variety of ways. They offer bowls, 2,3,4, pc. platters, sandwiches, empanadas, nuggets, family meals, sides., and more. Soft beverages are served here. It's nicer than regular fast food because someone brings out your meal to you on real plates with real silverware. We both tried 4 piece 1/2 grilled and 1/2 fried chicken platters. WOW! I have to give 5 stars because that chicken was delicious and perfect. Juicy and delicious! This sure doesn't seem like fast food. This chicken is actually better than from many restaurants. I like getting 1/2 grilled and half fried. Chicken thighs are really outstanding. The macaroni and cheese is southern style (soft pasta) but good. The plantains were nicely caramelized and didn't seem oily and were very delicious. They were like dessert to me. The people working there were extra nice and helpful. Pollo Campero is a chain that was started in Guatemala that is in over 15 countries with around 400 locations. Based on my first experience Pollo Campero is one of the very good chains. Remember L'ATELIER De Joel Robuchon is a chain too!

Quick errands on lunch and I needed food and it was taco Tuesday. I assumed I could find tacos here but I was mistaken. I am new to the area, I work over here so I do t know a lot of spots but I've driven by here and just assumed tacos were sold here. Silly me! I didn't want a full meal and the chicken sandwiches looked good, I thought a Spanish version of the famous red and white logo chain in town that's closed on Sunday :) As I looked quickly, I saw that they sold empanadas! Sold! A trio with a side. My side was plantains. My order was under $9. I drive back to the office and WOW! What a great deal for $8! The empanadas were a nice size, I could have just had 1 but I ate all 3! lol the side of plantains hit the spot! They were delish! The dipping sauce or salsa for the empanadas, 10 out of 10! The window cashier was super friendly and I'm sure it's clean inside and I am excited to try them again!!! I love a new place and I told the office all about it! A must try!
